lying in darkness
looking everywhere seeing nothing hearing nothing feeling cold... |

crying inside
despair in my heart tormented mind to never be touched forever be apart... |

the closing of my life
the closing of the coffin carried onto a green lawn lowered into the earth never to see another dawn... |
|
can I remember
I try to remember I remember her face I remember her skin I remember her pain... |
|
|
|
|
she smiled and cried
she touched me then turned away I wept inside wanting to live again... |
|
|
|
|
I could hear my family I could hear my friends they were always there right to the end but it is over now... |
