Castelnaud
Close to the rival castle of Beyac, Castelnaud is high on a hill. The castle changed hands almost constantly for a couple of centuries and underwent many changes. Today only the wall and the donjon date back to the 13th century.
The castle of Castelnaud-Bretenoux was built during the hundred year war. There were 3 walls and it could hold 100 horses and 1500 soldiers.
