| SO MUCH TO SEE SO LITTLE TIME!! Wednesday morning, we drove to Tom's River, NJ to catch the bus to NYC. The bus arrived early at the Port Authority. We hailed a cab and headed for the Empire State Building. Getting to the 80th floor was easy, but walking the next 6 flights was not. (The elevators were so slow we were afraid we would miss the play.) The observation Deck on the 86th floor was filled with tourists. It was hard to find a niche to be able to take some pictures. Next, we found a small cafe for lunch and then arrived at the theater by 2 to attend the Broadway play, Jersey Boys. The theater was not too large and the play was excellent. By 5, we caught the bus for home. |
