WORSHIPPING IN THE TEMPLE
There is a special feeling when you quietly enter in,
You feel the place is different, almost free from sin.
The Holy Spirit greets you as you enter through the door,
As you increase in wisdom Hell be with you evermore.
Worshipping in the temple maybe an odd word to use,
Yet blessings are offered to others to accept or to refuse,
Giving, not seeking any reward save that of knowing
That this is where we ought to be, just quietly serving.
Service is the best way for us to worship our Lord and King,
A place where closeness to God is such a wonderful thing,
Come worship whenever you can, learn as others you serve,
See then how all the blessings flow, more than we deserve.
Inside the temple is where Deity may often dwell,
As we worship often, what glories they can tell,
We will find the mysteries of God freed in each mind
And our way back to heaven in sweet safety find.
Every moment in the temple can be one of worship true,
Working hard for others you will learn something new,
Go with an open mind seeking knowledge of things above,
Then eventually we may understand the depth of Gods love.
