BY INSPIRATION
The Second Book of Timothy 3: 16.
All scripture is given by inspiration we know,
So should we not study and ponder them so
We may be inspired through life’s busy way?
Then we will be instructed well every single day.
Young Timothy knew of their value to man
For the scriptures tells us of God’s great plan,
For our profit and instruction in righteousness,
What a great gift these scriptures we possess.
Correction, reproof and a path back to glory,
Insights about Jesus, His wonderful story
All bound together, this knowledge freely given,
A map planned out to show us the way to heaven.
So why leave these scriptures safely by the bed?
Pick them up study, read and ponder them all instead,
Learn of the inspiration given to us by Father above,
Do not close the pages that shows His amazing love.
