DOOR APPROACH
We know that God lives, why be afraid?
He had promised us utterance and aid,
So why tremble as we knock on a door
Look a person in the eye, not at the floor.
Be confident and caring, give a smile
Chat and be friendly for a little while,
Tell then your name, ask theirs politely
Then complement the name quite nicely.
Be clear in what you tell them that day,
So to be clear in their mind in every way,
Let the Lord put in your mind what to say
Let Him be with you there to always stay.
For we are His servants doing His will,
Do not fear, be brave, let the Holy Spirit fill
Us with strength and His great power divine,
Remember the path to His glory is hard to climb.
Let us know so many doors will open wide,
Speak with confidence testimony never hide,
For we spread the gospel of His truth and light,
So be of good cheer, shine pure and bright.
