A SOWER WENT FORTH
Mark Ch 4 vs14
A sower went forth to sow, the parable begins,
I stopped to think, am I sowing goodness or sins?
Each day we set forth, sowing seed all the time,
We may not realize it and this is a great crime,
For if we start out to think of what we will sow,
I’m sure that it will be good things that will grow
From seeds we scatter as we live our lives each day.
Will people look and stop benefit from our sowing,
Helping folks become better, love from us flowing.
Scatter seeds of sunshine, scatter seeds of kindness,
Go, sowing the seeds that will all others truly bless.
Then when comes reaping time, that will surely come,
We will not be ashamed of all the sowing we have done.
