SEEDS FOR DINNER
The other day while walking I swallowed an air-born seed,
There were hundreds in the air, see how the dragonflies feed,
But I am not a dragonfly, they should not go in my inside,
But it flew right in whilst I spoke, my fear I could not hide.
Will I have a pretty dandelion growing out of my ear?
Or even worse a tall tree! When will the roots appear?
Then along came another we both swallowed some,
This time inside the car, oh, what can now be done?
Then I thought to childhood days and the things I ate
And so far I have not come to some horrific fate.
It really is very hard not open your mouth for so long,
Either to breath, talk to someone, or sing a little song.
So Ill try not to worry about air born seeds that I swallow,
But if something really bad happens to me and I then wallow
In pain and suffering, try and remember to shut you mouth,
It does not matter which way the wind blows, the worst is south.
