MUSCLE TONE EXERCISES
A group of older ladies want to try and get fit
So they dont flop all around when they sit,
Tone up all the muscles firm, not all flabby,
Active and trim, not lazy like my old tabby.
Tummy tucked in swing, your leg too and fro,
Hold your leg up for awhile, dont let it go,
Stand on your tip toes until your muscles pull,
Sit-ups and touch your toes, life is never dull.
Walking fast on the spot, do a lunge or two,
Muscles tingle a little when you are through,
Do at least fifteen minutes twice every day,
And fat will vanish and muscles come your way.
Breath right so tummy goes in when breathing out,
Its not easy, and at first you will want to shout
Out that it makes you sore, but after awhile
Figures will be trimmer and all will wear a smile.
Keep up the good work, and get in good condition,
Even sitting up from lying flat youll soon catch on,
And the tummy will flatten and clothes will seem large,
And of your fit body at last you will be in charge.
