Now list’ while I tell you of things of worth
To every human heart, that always beats,
It is the beauty of this our home earth,
It is the sound of laughter parents greets
When homeward bound from honest labours done.
The sound of the song birds in the tall trees,
Loved ones affection well and kindly won.
See in a fierce gale, a soft summer breeze,
See in a winter storm, flowers of spring,
Have a mind focused on good things in life,
Find time for your loved ones, let each heart sing,
Then notice that you are free from all strife.
        For you know the worth of good true living,
        Not seeking treasure but truly giving.
