EVERYDAY BRINGS NEW BLESSINGS
Everyday brings new blessings,
Look for them when awaking,
Find them in the birds that sing
And in the fragrance flowers bring.
See a ray of sunshine after the rain,
Feeling well after being in pain,
Making a new friend during the day,
These blessing may come your way.
Blessings great and small are there,
Do not pass them by unaware
Of the joy each small gift can bring,
Look out for every little blessing.
A phone call from an old friend
Saying shell visit at months end,
A sale on all the food you need,
The birds on the lawn having a feed.
Find your own blessings this day
And happiness youll have all the way,
They who say theres no blessings around
Must keep their eyes on the ground.
