8 Faith enough to make real the things of God

Faith enough to let God’s light shine bright
Within you, so you radiate in the dark of night,
Faith enough to stand and proclaim His holy word,
Spread the truth far and wide till many have heard.

Faith enough to never give in to Satan’s evil ways,
Faith enough to stand for right all your living days,
Faith enough to stand alone, like Daniel in the den
Of lion’s, so be counted by God again and again.

Faith enough to free you from fear of the beyond,
Faith to feel between you and God there is a bond
That cannot be severed, if you have faith enough
How ever steep the path, even when the road is rough.

Faith enough to know that our God is always there,
Just the short distance of a faithful loving prayer
Sent forth from humble lips with faith enough to try,
Knowing your prayers will be answered by and by.
