THEY ARE COMING
All the way on the bus they will come,
Two thousand miles they will have done,
Just to visit us up here in the far north,
Shows family love of the greatest worth,
A daughter and two granddaughters too,
Willing to sit on a bus for long hours through.
They hope to see moose, caribou and bears,
I hope that Father above hears their prayers.
We can take them where these creatures roam,
Hope when we do, they dont stay at home.
A short week theyll be here, only to return,
Our gratitude for their sacrifice they did earn,
We miss all the family while serving a mission
And we know it is not possible for all to come,
But for a week well have three of them stay
And we hope we dont cry when they go away.
