More poems about Fathers

FOR FATHER’S ON THEIR SPECIAL DAY
A wonderful title it is, to be called
that of father,
It should be said with love, respect and
with ardour,
For every man should emulate our Father in
heaven above
And lead his children onward in gratitude
and love.
Give gratitude for being, each child to
really care for,
Also filled with love for most children truly
do adore
Their father who shows them that they there time
will share,
And if anything goes wrong in life they will always
be there.
A guiding hand to show the way, for each child kind
to always be
Each child a treasure that will grow in fullness now
and eternally.
A father figure is needed in every loving, caring,
sacred home.
With both parents waiting if any go astray or want
to roam.
Father’s love your children, show it by word
and deed,
And as you watch them grow be able to spiritually
ever feed.
