        IN A BAKING MOOD
I feel as if I am in a baking mood, cook all day,
The problem is small amounts now family is away,
It’s good if someone drops in to help us share,
If not we either eat too much or some is left there.

Scones I now can make just ten instead of two dozen,
Mind you with those they are quite easily frozen,
Then I forget all the goodies in the freezer put away,
But you can get a nice surprise on a special day.

I hope I feel like cooking tomorrow once again,
I’ve found eclair pastry it’s easy, no great pain
To make this delicacy that is so good to eat,
Come over tomorrow and get an extra treat.
