FOR LOEBS MEAT MAN
We like shopping at Loebs my husband
and I,
It is clean and fresh and friendly and hard
to pass by,
The smell of baking on a cold day cheers
the heart
And all the workers in there are willing to do
their part.
The other day a leg of pork roast made us
both drool,
But much too big, for two pensioners he
broke a rule
And kindly cut the roast in two a much more
manageable size,
And at least four meals well have such a
great prize.
Thank you for thinking of us and doing a
kindly deed
For we hate t o waste food so this action was a
great need,
I hope you dont get into trouble for cutting
up a roast,
We will come and stand up for you and of your
kindness boast.
