THE SAD ROOM
The other day I wrote a poem about our new house,
Mentioned, I thought all the rooms being sorted out,
But one room I forgot, it seems to be sulking I fear,
When you walk in you can feel a cool atmosphere.
It has received many names, we dont know what it is,
The pink room, the sunroom, library, its in a twizz
For Im sure it was the TV room where they smoked,
For when I first walked into it I almost chocked.
Now there is this computer and hundreds of books,
But I still feel that I am getting rather dirty looks
From this room I forgot on the first poem I did,
I have said I am sorry but still the friendship is hid.
Classical music is playing to try and calm it down,
Maybe when we come in there will be no frown,
But a feeling of belonging from this extra room ,
For I know in days to come it will be a great boon.
