DROPLETS OF INSPIRATION
Come, droplets of inspiration awake some sleeping flower,
Refresh my almost dormant mind with thoughts this hour,
Fill me with knowledge so words may bloom everywhere,
Spread understanding and love so all may willingly share.

Help me see through sterile office towers, see those who breath
And work and struggle and me find a way to try and relieve
The pressure and the heartache, may my words ease some pain,
Find a way to cheer someone to cause them to smile once again.

Give me insight, inspiration, to seek behind harsh factory walls,
Those who need a lift along their way, hear a voice that calls,
Asking for a release hear a phrase to fill them with sweet delight,
And give comfort to those who fear through a long, dark night.
