More poems about Friends

FRIENDS
Having friends is very much like a garden that is truly fair,
Growing in harmony with true eternal love found in abundance there,
Or like the strength of a mighty forest where trees grow thick and deep,
All entwined together for you to share the need to laugh or weep

Friends are those on whom you can forever and constantly depend,
Trustworthy and reliable, someone to hold your hand at the end,
They will take you as you are and love you just the same,
It does not matter if you are rich or poor or someone of great fame.

I see my friends in many ways, they are all so precious to me,
I want to be worthy to keep them for now and through eternity,
For heaven would be all lonely if friends faces I did not find,
For there is not one sweet friend would I want to leave behind.
