MOTHERS ARE SPECIAL
Mothers are all special, are sweet loving and kind,
They need to be for each child leaves heaven behind,
From holding that brand new born baby with loving care,
Teaching each child how to kneel and utter a prayer.

Onto mending cut knees, then teenage major heartaches,
Mother is there for each child in her care, oft for their sakes
Does without things that she wants, things dear to her heart,
But for the children’s sake will, of her earthly treasures depart.

Mothers are gifts from heaven, tough as iron and soft as a dove,
Multi-talented women who can do ten things at once with love,
A bundle of happiness, a bundle of fun, a miracle in a dress,
Working hard all the day her beloved family to always bless.

Let us on this day of gladness thank our Father in heaven above
For the gift of righteous mothers who give of themselves in love,
Mothers sacrifice much, but know they gain so much in return,
As they strive to rear a happy family and for heaven always yearn.
