I am truly blessed to have a brother like you,
That is kind and thoughtful everyday through,
I just want to tell you how much I really care,
Tell you you’re remembered in my every prayer.

I love the way you laugh, always ready with a smile
The joy you bring to me, willing to go the extra mile,
Those very busy hands that work well and also play,
I remember with love all the fun games of yesterday.

Whenever we get together my heart fills with joy,
For I feel a closeness like when we were girl and boy,
For a brother is a special person in every sister’s eyes,
It is a gift from heaven, a very unique kind of prize.

I love you dear brother and you are so dear to me,
That I want you to know that this family is for eternity,
Those laughing eyes that dance with fun will never die,
For they will keep radiating with joy as the years go by.
