More poems about Life

        POETRY IN MOTION
A waterfall of thoughts come cascading so fast,
Words wanting to be used even if they are last ,
None wanting to be left out of the poem in mind,
Them, longing to be written, a simple rhyme to find.

Sometimes the words flow and thoughts come to you
That mind and fingers working hard, ideas to sort through,
Words falling, tumbling, flying, flashing, it is hard to hold,
All the ideas together call them into my mind’s fold.

Now the words are safely gathered in, poetry can flow,
Poetry in motion is more than human grace you know,
But thoughts gliding from fingers wanting to flow free,
Telling of beauty and stories hidden deep within me.
