RUMBLING TUMMY
Sometimes you are in a meeting and
there is a funny sound,
A rumbling tummy and everyone
looks around,
Which tummy is complaining, which
one needs to be fed?
You know you are the culprit but
you shake your head
And look about at the others,
are there’s rumbling too?
“No breaky” those tummies are yelling
the whole meeting through.
Maybe the speaker will get the message
quite loud and clear.
For if he pauses for breath those
tummies he would hear.
