Did you know that there are many things to do in the
Burks counselor's room?
I can talk about things that are important to me.
I can talk with other children who are there.
I can work on a project of some kind.
I might play games that help me learn about myself and other people.
I can just come in and be quiet if I want to.
Did you know that there are many ways to see a counselor?
I can ask to see the counselor in his/her office.
My teacher can send me.
Mom and dad can ask
that I go.
The counselor can invite me to visit.
Your counselor is here to help, be your friend, and guide you through problems.
