Some Pics from Mort's Annual Summer Bike Run - July 1, 2000

...10AM Saturday morning we all met at Mort's to go on his annual bike run. The count of bikes was somewhere between 33-38, and the assortment of people and Harleys was really awesome! We rode for approximately a total of 189 miles with a few waterin' hole stops along the way. At one point we got separated into two groups because of a long red light and an obscure turn off our group missed--not my fault! honest! ..hehe... After abit of plotting & planning (hehe) we managed to find each other, coincidentally passing each other groups going in the opposite direction--our group did a quick u-turn and caught up. The ride was lots of fun, great people, great stops along the way, one minor engine problem, no major mishaps, and lots of laughs at the stops, a great day out, ending at Mort's grove for a sleepover, pitch yer tent party. Stories of Sturgis, Daytona, and lotsa past rides made for more fun....A great day out, great weather and a Great Ride!!!...made alot of new friends and became reacquainted with a few I hadn't seen in quite awhile....
