This award can be granted to anyone. To win this award, there are a few things you need though. Well, your site must be rather extordinary, and a lot of HTML used. Not too much though. Nothing guady. It also has to be well organized and put together. And, as same for the other award, send me a brief description of why your page is special, also, your site addy and your name, and make sure to title the e-mail, "Awards."
Well, this award pretty much speaks for itself. To win this award, your page must be dark, spooky, dismal, etc... I always enjoy visiting pages that are a gloomy.
