Unborn
Echoing cries tantalize the air
Images of a child begin to appear
How I wished to have touched that baby skin
Wanting to gaze into the inexperienced eyes
Purely innocent within birth
Eyes cry and sad tears drop
Should of been for birthday years
Hands and feet should be kicking
A diminutive mouth should crave my milk
These are only thoughts
Not memories of a born child
Death not by a surgeons hand
Nature of life created that morbid day
Hush now, my baby,
Sleep that enternal sleep
Let your soul linger with spirits
You were unborn
Never forgotten in my mind
