Huntington Beach has the longest concrete pier on the California coast (1,852 feet), numerous volleyball courts and a bike path that's ideal for roller-blading and jogging. It also has fire pits for cookouts, concession stands, surf equipment, bike and roller blade rentals. Within walking distance of the pier, you'll find great eateries and some of the best surf shops in the country.
