Evermore

A star shown brightly

in a midnight sky,

and i rowed my boat

across the tide.

      To seek,

        To find, the other side.

There a city i would build,

   with towers of ivory white,

   and steel.

      Upon the bank,

        Upon the shore,

i would build my city My City Evermore

                called Evermore.

Raised in perfect love and trust,

a city to endure the centeries.

In my city i would build a square,

and place many a statue there.

Noble as they all would be,

none more grand than my love

  and me.

Together for all eterity,

    beneath the sky,

      beneeath the moon,

         in a city called Evermore,

stands my love and I,

       upon the beach,

          upon the shore,

              in my city called Evermore.
