Pre-gameday rituals:
- Visit web sites
- Eat carbs for dinner
- Set out everything for game (towel, uniforms, shoes, relaxation music, change of clothes [socks and shirt], and two bottles of water)
- Practice visualization and imagery before going to sleep













Pre-game rituals:
