By yourself: it is not necessary to say the prayers out loud.
In groups: you need a leader (this role may be rotated per decade).
The leader will say the first half of the prayer, the rest of the group will say the second half of the prayer in the decades. The other prayers are said together.

Inspire my heart with a sincere love of this devotion, in order that by meditating on the Mysteries of our Redemption which are recalled in it, I may obtain peace for the world, the conversion of sinners, and the favor which I ask of you in this Rosary (Mention your request). I ask it for the greater glory of God, for your own honor, and for the good of souls, especially for my own. Amen.

The rosary beads help you keep track of your prayers, use them as counters during each decade. Decide which mystery you will recite today and follow the appropriate link. Once you are comfortable with the cycle of prayers, you may recite them anywhere. The only thing you must ensure is that you are able to concentrate and reflect on the mysteries as you recite your prayers. Mysteries-Announced at the beginning of each decade and reflected on while the prayers are being said:

2. Sorrowful;Tue & Fri, Sun(Lent)

Once you've reached the final medal, you recite the Hail Holy Queen:

Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness and our hope, to thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve; to thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this vale of tears; turn, then, most gracious Advocate, thy eyes of mercy toward us, and after this, our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
