In preparation for the signing of a lease between the Villa Park Elementary School Restoration Corporation and the Orange Unified School District, members of the VPRSRC Board of Directors are working on a document outlining the proposed plan and estimated timelines for accomplishment of the various components.

  Funds are needed for the architectural drawings and preliminary inspections so that negotiations on the lease may be finalized. Potential donors need to be assured that the lease negotiations will result in a lease agreement. The Orange Unified School District is being asked to give the Restoration Corporation a letter signifying their intent to enter into this lease.
