Kwethluk Community School
Kwethluk, Alaska

Kwethluk Community School is located on the Alaskan Yukon-Kuskokwim River Delta in the Yup'ik Eskimo village of Kwethluk. The Elementary (K-6) and Junior/Senior High School (7-12) are all located in the same building. The combined student body is about 250 students. The village has a population of around 800.

The Administration sees to it that able and qualified teachers, adequate facilities, and efficient services needed to bring quality education are provided to all the students.

Mission Statement

The village of Kwethluk and Kwethluk Community School will continue to strive in developing mutual respect and the well being of each child: academically, physically, emotionally, mentally, culturally, and spiritually by using a variety of available resources.
