10/9-presentations next week in section
who gets to read what (well, yr all supposed to read the whole thing, really):
guidelines:
you all know how this works, right?
-outline main arguments
-define key terms as the author uses and understands them
-point out some of your favorite "real world" examples in the text and why they are effective.
-offer examples of your own experience which either support or contest
his argument
-group people: everybody talks. we aint playin that "spokesperson" game here.
-work in current events?
-spotlight problematic points in the text for class
discussion/clarification.
-feel free to contact people across sections who have the same chapters (its just email-they'll never even know who you are.)
and as the mighty mighty bosstones once said (long before they got famous):
"do something crazy".
