Welcome to the library, a wonderful place to collect books to read for fun at the Reading Room. Also my favourite place to write. There's always plenty of books close by for research.

If there is anything to motivate you to keep writing without stopping it is a utility that will summarily delete your own text or make annoying noises when you stop. Try it. It might work for you like it did for me.
