For 31 years, Mr. Davenport has been teaching classes such as Algebra, Calculus, and Problem Solving. He has taught all levels of secondary school mathematics. His current adventure is teaching Problem Solving Strategies over interactive television (also known as distance learning). He also was fortunate to be chosen this two summers ago to participate in the Park City Mathematics Institute - approved by the Institute for Advanced Study (Princeton) and the National Science Foundation. The Institute was held in Park City, Utah for three weeks in the summer of 1996. Mr. Davenport also attended in the summer of 1997.
