ARTICLE X MEETINGS OF THE MEMBERSHIP

Meetings of the membership shall be held as deemed necessary by the Executive Committee or upon the written request of twenty-five percent (25%) of the membership. Except in the case of an emergency, at least forty-eight (48) hours notice shall be given.
