CAT Tracks for February 23, 2009 SPRING BREAK

Apparently there is some confusion about Spring Break.

To set the record straight...

Contrary to the "revised" (5-14-08) CSD calendar appearing on CAT Tracks, Spring Break will NOT begin on April 6th...the week before Easter and extend through the Monday after Easter.

Spring Break WILL BEGIN on April 10th (Good Friday) and extend through the following week. School would resume on Monday, April 20th.

The latter was verified this morning by "yours truly" by calling the Central Office.

But, hey, if you have any doubt, ask the "powers that be"!

I sure wouldn't want you to not show up for a scheduled work day...employees have been fired for doing such things (even when they were in the hospital!)
