I'm sure that you will NOT be surprised to hear that the federal mediator who lives in a far and distant land has determined that he cannot travel through the ice and snow on the roads today.

Rumor has it that our Superintendent is still way up north...

Will there be a negotiations session tonight?

Okay, it's 2 p.m. and Channel 12 is forcasting drizzle through the afternoon, evening, until 6 a.m. tomorrow. So...no negotiations tonight.
