CAT Tracks for October 27, 2008 PALIN POWER!

WOW!!!

It's now official...retirement WAS a good choice...you betcha!

Other retirees told me of the joys of golfing, fishing, traveling...

None of that ever appealed to me...I quit because I was tired and wanted to rest.

BUT...even in the bleakest of lives, a ray of sunshine occasionally breaks through...and TODAY is my day!!!

Well...TODAY is when I found out that the sun will rise in the WEST on THURSDAY...in Cape Girardeau.

SHOW ME!!!

WOW!!!

I mean, if I had not retired, I wouldn't be able to leave home immediately after posting this BULLETIN...to stand in line for my ticket!!!

I mean, if I had not retired, I wouldn't be able to be in Cape on Thursday when the doors open at 6:30 a.m. (I'll probably take my sleeping bag and help form the line. Do ya think midnight would be early enough???)

I mean, if I had not retired, I wouldn't have been able to be in the FRONT ROW...to catch the Governor's eye...to receive "the wink"...experience the starbursts!!!

WOW!!!

Only one question left...what to wear???

Gov. Sarah Palin to hold event in Cape Girardeau Thursday

The McCain-Palin campaign has confirmed to Heartland News an event will be held in Cape Girardeau this Thursday morning at the Show Me Center.

As we enter the final stretch in this campaign, Governor Sarah Palin is returning to Missouri on Thursday for a Road to Victory Rally in Cape Girardeau.

Governor Palin will discuss John McCain's plans to put an end to this economic crisis, create jobs that support the American dream and keep our nation secure by putting country first.
