From CNN - The CAT News Network Weather Bureau...

The next major ice storm for the Cairo area will occur on February 10th.

Our radar system actually sited this approaching storm on Wednesday, but a combination of power outages (here, there, and yonder) delayed its confirmation until yesterday.

So make your "bread and milk" run on the night of February 9th! (Never have understood that phenomenon...who needs "bread and milk" as long as there is plenty of beer and chips??? Oh...that's right...for the children!)

If you have not yet caught on...ice must have slowed your old brain cells! Did you slip and fall on your head?

Just in case the above was too subtle, I shall translate...

The Federal Mediator has confirmed that he can be in Cairo for negotiations on February 10th.

Expect all hell to break loose...
