It's refreshing to pick up the Cairo paper and see POSITIVE stories about the Cairo schools again.

For years, you would read all these positive stories about Century, Egyptian, and Meridian. Cairo...nothing!

Unless, of course, it was about teacher strikes, failing students, financial distress, rioting fans, whatever...
