Man Arrested for Driving in the Nude

WEST FRANKFORT, Ill. - Apparently, the cold weather doesn't bother 34-year-old Justin Flora.

Flora faces two counts of public indecency.

West Frankfort police chief Jeff Tharp says officers arrested Flora Monday after several women reported seeing him driving around town in the nude.

Police reports indicate Flora admitted to doing this several times just because this is what he liked to do...drive around and look at women while wearing no clothes.
