CAT Tracks for February 22, 2007
CCRC CAIRO CANDIDATE FORUM

The forum was held in the CJSHS gymnasium on Thursday, February 22nd. It began promptly at 7 p.m. and lasted until almost 10 p.m. It would have lasted longer, except that only 20 of the 33 announced candidates for mayor and city council showed up. The crowd was small...maybe 100...but they were attentive and asked numerous questions.

I did not take notes and will not attempt to give a recap. Hopefully, a news outlet will provide coverage. If they do, the CAT Tracks will bring it to your attention.
