Thinking about putting in your 2 cents worth about Cairo's political situation?

Well...Put your money where your mouth is!

Put up or shut up!

The pen is more expensive than the sword!

Whatever!!!

Guess the Cairo Citizen decided it didn't want to run the multitude of letters that the upcoming Cairo election was bound to inspire. Or, maybe it just wanted to get filthy rich if people are determined to voice an opinion.

This new policy sure takes the "free" out of freedom of speech! But, then again, anyone who has ever taken Economics 101 knows...there is no such thing as a free speech.

(Editor's Note: I've e-mailed the Cairo Citizen to find out if there is a new policy on paying for a "Letter to the Editor...or whether the "letter/ad" in question is due to the fact that the individual is a candidate for office.)
