The Cairo Citizen this past week was just "chock full" of news items and local interest stories.
The stories were mostly good news for a change, although Cairo wouldn't be Cairo with at least SOME bad news.
Below, I will provide examples, and in the normal response to the "good news-bad news" question, we'll start with the bad!
