Ladies and Gentlemen, Elvis has left the building...

...and this time it's for real!

Dr. Samuel Harbin has announced his resignation from the Cairo School District Financial Oversight Panel - and at yesterday's meeting, the FOP reluctantly accepted. And, this time, it's not to take another position with the District...as he did when he stepped down from the FOP to serve as interim Cairo superintendent for a year...and as he did when he stepped down as Cairo superintendent to retake a seat on the FOP. Dr. Harbin has decided to move...from his home in SouthEAST, MO for a new address in SouthWEST, MO.

Dr. Sam, you will be missed!
