CAT Tracks for April 15, 2006 UNEXCUSED TARDIES II

Well...since yesterday's story on "Unexcused Tardies" (referring to CSD #1's advertising of certified employment opportunities to the "general public" before informing its own employees), I have been provided further "evidence".

Received word yesterday afternoon that the "Instrumental Music" position and the "CJSHS Librarian" position were posted on the Illinois Association of School Administrators (IASA) website on December 5, 2005!

So...Users of IEJB were notified of Cairo teaching vacancies on December 5, 2005; readers of the Cairo Citizen on April 13, 2006; and CATS on...???
