Mistakes are still occuring...corrections of past mistakes are being made...the adventure continues!

You should have received the following memo...or will today. If you are one of the affected...you have been notified of your "personal conference". Hopefully, this "adjustment" will end our paycheck worries and the new year will bring back the days of steady dependability. As least that would be a great resolution...

In the meantime...CHECK YOUR CHECK!

The Financial Advisors and our Accounting Consultant, along with Debbie Huff, have verified and re-checked payroll for all employees for calendar year 2005. This is most critical for federal and state deductions particularly for your W-2’s. This will necessitate adjustments on about 70% of our employees. Since there will be only two (2) paychecks before the end of the year (Dec. 15 & Dec. 16) any negative adjustments must be spread over these last two (2) paychecks to minimize the impact. Carol Rienhardt, our Consultant is going to meet with each of you individually to explain the adjustment(s) and give you time to respond and plan for changes. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I believe that we are on the positive side of cleaning up this problem.
