CAT Tracks for February 3, 2003
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY CAT |
In honor of Groundhog Day...
Did he see his shadow? Will we have six weeks more of bad weather? Dumb questions...
Of course he saw his shadow...you would too if you walked out your front door to face a gazillion lights installed by the TV folks to capture the moment. Well...I guess he could have been "blinded by the light".
...and what "bad weather"? Six snow/cold days! Hey, a day without school is a day with sunshine!
The real purpose of this edition...
Have you seen the CAT Tracks lately? If your answer is "YES"...then you are obviously a "Connected CAT...a Cyber CAT". If your answer is "NO", then you must still be one of those "Stone Age CATs"...or is that Saber Tooth Tiger?
Since the excitement has subsided somewhat in Crisis School District Number One, CAT Tracks has not been distributed to school mailboxes as of late. However, that does NOT mean that it has not been published. In fact, eleven (11) editions were posted on our website in the month of January and distributed to all CATs (and public) that have provided us with e-mail addresses. Others (including CSD #1 Board Members and Administration) pay regular visits to our website.
For convenience, we will continue regular distribution in this manner. As the situation demands, we will bare our fangs and revert to our Stone Age traditions. But...wouldn't you agree that we "shall never see...a CAT Tracks as lovely as a tree..."
Better yet...send us your e-mail address, and CAT Tracks will be delivered to your cyber mailbox in the wee hours of the morning for your reading "pleasure".
